25°After a nice breakfast in the hotel we picked a hike that seemed promising and headed back into the mountains for a beautiful hike..
This time we hiked high on top of the other side of the mountain range which is much dryer and has stunning views!
The weather was stunning but some of the parts of the hike were a bit muddy, time to dry our shoes and socks in the sunshine.. could be worse..
To our surprise there was a beautiful waterfall at the end of the hike, a great reward after a nice couple of hours!
Time to hike back to our car and find some place to grab lunch..
Then we headed back to the hotel for a nice relaxing swim before checking out a local restaurant by the waterfront!
Tomorrow we will do a tough hike from Pico Areeiro to Pico Ruivo. Wish us luck..
