The strip is home to some huge hotels all featuring different interiors, fountains, statues and more flashy stuff.
After a nice Mexican lunch at Caesars Palace we spend the rest of the afternoon at the pool. In the evening we tried our hand at some penny slot machines and got some dinner.
It was exactly one year after the deadly shooting at Mandalay Bay, therefore most hotels were flying the American Flag at half-staff.
The Las Vegas Strip at night is chaotic, loud and flashy. We walked it for a bit and decided we had enough pretty quickly. Not really a city for the two of us.
Tomorrow we fly back home via Salt Lake City, Paris and Dusseldorf.. Long day ahead!
