Day 21

Time to leave the car behind and head into Las Vegas and explore this crazy and busy city.

After dropping our bags off at our hotel we of course headed straight to the mandatory “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign. It is crazy how many people want to take a selfie with it.

Time to do something a little bit more off the beaten path: The Neon Museum. This museum preserves some of the historic neon landmarks from long gone hotels and memories.

It was very busy checking into our hotel. Luckily we checked in via the mobile app and skipped most of the line. We have a nice room on the top floor with a cool view of the surrounding hotels.

Time to get something to eat and experience the ultra busy, loud and annoying Fremont street at night. This busy street features a huge LED roof with a free show every hour. Fremont street is also a part of “Old Downtown”.

Tomorrow, during the day, we'll explore some more of the surrounding hotels and in the evening walk the Las Vegas Strip.
