Today we got up early to do a tour. First we went fishing and everyone caught a fish expect Lianne. Luckily we saw a two very large sea turtles swimming in the distance, they must have been at least a meter in size.

34°Today we got up early to do a tour. First we went fishing and everyone caught a fish expect Lianne. Luckily we saw a two very large sea turtles swimming in the distance, they must have been at least a meter in size.
After we caught enough fish for lunch we went snorkelling at the point where the Gulf of Mexico meets the Caribbean Sea. We saw many fish including nurse sharks, lots of tropical fish and even a huge stingray.
Time for our freshly caught lunch in the form of Ceviche: fresh raw fish cured in lime juice.
After returning to the island and seeing some flamingos we relaxed at the hotel before having a grilled fish on the beach for dinner.
Tomorrow is our final day in Mexico. We will take a final dive into the ocean and drive for around 2.5 hours to the Cancun Airport where we will board our plane to Zürich.
