This archeological site is known for the oval shaped pyramid.
It was was again a very hot day, too hot for us, but not for the many iguanas and birds found in this site.
We headed to Mérida after lunch, where we relaxed at the pool again before heading out for dinner.
During dinner the sky opened up and it came pouring down. Luckily for us we got a Tequila on the house because of it..
We will wander around and explore the historic center of Mérida tomorrow.
