We also travelled to the stunning Gullfoss waterfall and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach with its black sand, cool basalt columns, lava formations, towering cliffs, and caves.
We we're even lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights above Reykjavik! We didn't see it during the Northern Lights Tour but we did see it appear from our hotel room and we literally ran for the harbor to check it out!
We also went to the Thingvellir National Park with it's beautiful little lakes with crystal clear water.
And of course the impressive Gullfoss Waterfall!
Although we did see a lot more like the Blue Lagoon and the city of Reykjavik itself, these photos were lost. It was a great trip with my brother and sister. Great memories!
