We spent our morning driving to and exploring Rovinj. Rovinj used to be an island and consists of many narrow alleyways. The Church of St. Euphemia is located on the highest point of the old town.
After a nice pizza lunch with a view, we drove to Pula. This city has a rich Roman history, which is still present nowadays with the well-preserved amphitheatre and the Temple of Augustus.
Time to head back to our hotel in Lovran!
We will continue our roadtrip tomorrow through the Kvarner Gulf area and head to our next hotel near the Plitvice Lakes National Park.
