Wandering through little crowded streets, reminding us of Vietnam, we came across the Temple of Six Banyan Trees with a great looking Pagoda originally build in AD 537.
After a nice lunch of steamed pork and rice we headed to Liwan Lake Park close to our hotel.
In search of dinner and a great view of the modern skyscrapers we headed back into town. The Canton Tower is a beautiful sight at night and the sushi tasted awesome!
Tomorrow we will check out the touristy area around our hotel and take the train from Gangzhou to Guilin.
