152 floorsToday it was time for our first proper hike of this journey across China. We decided to hike the Lion Rock Peak and Sha Tin Pass with great views over Kowloon Island and the rest of Hong Kong. To get to Kowloon we took one of the most oldskool public transport you can use, the Ferry.
After a nice walk through the small streets of Kowloon and getting a great Chinese lunch deal, we checked out the nearby Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple and headed up the mountain.
Time to head back to the hotel to freshen up, get a little swimming in and head out again for dinner.
Tomorrow afternoon we will take the metro to the Chinese border and head into Shenzen, our first city in Mainland China.
