18°We visited the impressive War Museum at Bastogne today. Its main focus is the Battle of the Bulge that took place in this region.
The museum is located next to the Mardasson Memorial commerating the 76,890 killed and wounded during the thwarted December 1944 - January 1945 German Watch on the Rhine offensive, known as the "Battle of the Bulge".
We ended the day with a nice dip in the pool and a nice dinner.
Tomorrow, we will explore a bit of Luxembourg visiting the Vianden Castle in the North and the capital city of Luxembourg itself.
