Day 37

Today was our last 'day' in Kyoto so we decided to spend it on Mount Hiei near Sakamota to view the city and the beautiful temples on the mountain. Afterwards we took the train to Osaka and of course had some delicious Yakatori dinner in busy downtown..

Tomorrow, while our JR Rail Pass is still valid, we are probably going to explore the nearby city of Kobe or Nara. More exploration of Osaka will follow the next couple of days before heading back home..
